Military Martha Accepts #DropandGiveMe20 Challenge!

Here is the challenge ya’ll- “In the month of November we’re asking everyone to accept the #DropandGiveMe20 challenge to support our veterans, military members and military families. The idea is to do 20 pushups or any form of exercise you are able to within 24 hours or donate up to $200 (donate what you can afford) to the Bob Woodruff Foundation Stand4Heroes fundraiser.  Once you have filmed your 20 pushups, or 20 repetitions of any exercise you can perform, post it to your social media sites with the hashtag- #DropandGiveMe20. Also, tag us when sharing your video on FB and Twitter! Don’t forget to send a link of your video to Amanda Cherry at executivehuneditor@gmail.com and we’ll post the most creative videos to our social media website!

Well I tried and failed miserably! I swear ya’ll doin’ 20 pushups ain’t no joke! Especially for an old, overweight, out of shape, big boned girl like me! But I decided that I was gonna make this challenge more than just helpin’ veterans, cause this old veteran needs help too!  So if your fitness level has dropped faster than the temperature on a winter night in Minnesota, I’m askin’ ya to join me in Military Martha’s Bootcamp!

Every week I’m gonna train to do those 20 pushups so by November 30th I’ll have accomplished two goals, helpin’ veterans and gettin’ my tired old behind into shape! Who’s with me?
