1. Bath-time

2. Yoga or Pilates

Stretching exercises such as Yoga and Pilates are a great way of relieving stress and also to teach you to breathe properly. A few minutes of meditation in the morning or at night can do wonders in helping you reduce your stress levels. Simply locate a quiet, comfortable spot and then, sitting cross-legged, take some deep breaths and feel your stresses flow out.

10. Movies

Escaping the stresses of your own mind by entering the mind of a Hollywood character is probably the best way of getting a vicarious thrill. Whether you fancy a romantic comedy, action film or thriller – just chill-out and enjoy!
