    Lauren,

    I met with a local university today about teaching a 12 week-long, healthy lifestyle program to some of their faculty, staff and students.

    Meal planning is one of the topics we will be covering, as it falls under the category of “behavior modification” which is critical when it comes to embarking on any type of lifestyle change.

    This VLOG would be an excellent resource because it is very well thought-out, packed with valuable information, and extremely motivational.

    With your permission, I would like to show this during one of our classes and share this link with attendees so they can educate their families.
