We are currently searching for a dynamic team leader to direct the efforts of the Engineering Team.

As the Chief Engineer you are responsible for maintaining the entire hotel facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment, hazard systems, and general engineering operation, monitoring and controlling parts and labor expenditure, administering outside engineering vendor contracts, selecting, training and developing employees. You will also be responsible in keeping all records up to date to comply with quality assurance guidelines.
Position Requirements:
* Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 5-10 years.
* Refrigeration, HVAC certification.
* Previous management or supervisory experience of 3-5years.
* Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, preventative maintenance systems and all related engineering disciplines.
* Budget management experience, cost control and financial responsibility experience with stationary engineering licensed preferred.
* Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees.

Previous experience repairing automotive or other industrial equipment to include diesel, LPG, CNG and gasoline powered machines; as well as DC & AC electric motor powered units.
Own a comprehensive set of automotive tools (to include metric sizes)
Ability to process paperwork accurately and efficiently
Pre-employment physical and drug screen are required
Must have clean driving record for use of company owned vehicles
