Part-time admin/marketing position: assisting with website updating– through “ticket” system to National organization; maintaining and increasing social media (facebook, twitter), general correspondence– including receipts/thank you/acknowledgement for donors, other general assistance to Chapter President; maintaining donor database.

Must be good with use of Microsoft Word (especially mail merges), HTML for Facebook.

Account Consultant(s)

Account Consultant(s) are vital to Caliper as an intricate part of our client services. Using our proprietary personality assessment, the Caliper Profile, our Account Consultants are responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences every day by providing consultative feedback, managing existing business relationships, and identifying opportunities to position additional Caliper services.

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated ability to provide advice to clients on decisions related to hiring and development of their employees.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, psychology, or related field is required. Advanced degree a plus.

High-level relationship management skills with a minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated success working in a professional business environment. HR, Recruiting, OD, and/or consulting experience preferred.   Windows-based CRM system knowledge is a must.

Research & Development

Caliper’s Research and Development department consists of a team of Psychometricians, Research Scientists, Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, and Management Consultants who are generally responsible for ensuring the psychometric integrity of the Caliper Profile; conducting concurrent validation studies and creating customized Caliper Profile results reports for client organizations; Serve as subject matter experts (SMEs) in the areas of assessment and hiring systems, organizational diagnostics, and business analytics for client organizations.

Geotechnical Engineer/ Geologist – Hunt Engineering – Malvern, PA

Hunt Engineering, a progressive, regional engineering firm, has an opening for a Geotechnical Engineer, or Geologist.  Our office is in a suburban setting with convenient rail transportation.  Our company, which has been in business locally for over 30 years, provides civil, structural, and geotechnical design, as well as survey and landscape architecture services.  We offer a comprehensive benefit package.  Hunt Engineering is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer. Responsibilities will include project management, supervision and coordination or subsurface investigations, analyses of bearing capacities, settlements, and preparation of reports for foundation and earthwork recommendations.

Requirements:

An ideal candidate will have a P.E. License or a P.G certification, with a four year degree in civil or geological engineering, and four to ten years of experience. Familiarity with PENNDOT procedures and specifications is a plus.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
