  1. My husband who came back from deployment a year ago begged me to make this for him on his first night back. Its his favorite dinner and every man and woman of course love it too!!

2 lbs of chopped meat..80 % fat content comes out best
4 american cheese slices crumbled in pieces or shredded mild cheddar
1 cup of cooked crumbled bacon
1 packet of sazon seasoning (usually found in ethnic food isle)
    3 eggs
1 cup of 4cs seasoned bread crumbs
    1 cup of ketchup
4 tablespoons of yellow or whole grain mustard
    1 tbspoon of water

Mix eggs bread crumbs bacon sazon and cheese well and form into a loaf..in a small saucepan, combine ketchup and mustard and a tablespoon of water and simmer on medium heat until its bubbly..cover top of manloaf and bake on 350 for about an hr. Your man will eat this up until gone
