Irish Beer Bread for St. Patrick’s Day
Irish Beer Bread Recipe-
2 1/2 cups of SELF RISING Flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
12 ounces of Guinness or Irish Stout beer
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Pour into greased loaf pan, let rest for 10-15 minutes. Put in 375 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm with butter, Irish Stew and a pint of Guinness beer!
Anyone that knows me well, knows that I can eat an entire loaf of beer bread in 10 minutes! 🙂
