In the Kitchen – Ranch Potatoes

Ranch Potatoes

1 ½ lbs red potatoes

¼ cup olive oil

1 packet ranch dressing mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Cut potatoes into medium/small squares

Place in zip lock bag, or container with lid

Add ¼ cup Olive Oil and Ranch Dressing Mix

Shake contents until all potatoes are coated

Place potatoes in oven safe cooking dish – I normally use a glass dish

Cook for 20 minutes, remove, stir them around and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are as soft as you would like them.

  1. These sound delicious! I usually use random spices (rosemary, parsley, italian seasoning). I will have to pick up some ranch mix to use next time I make them!

    1. I use ranch mix for many things, it’s amazing what you can do with it! Yummy I am so hungry now! 🙂

  2. I have a whole bag of red skin potatoes that I need to use and I ran across this recipe today so I think I’ll try a version of it. Thanks for posting this one!
